Tulsa Security Camera & Access Control Installers
See What Happens.
Control Who Gets In
Commercial and residential surveillance built by Tulsa technicians who design, install, and support systems that are built to last.
What We Do
Cameras, Access Control, and Alarms From One Local Crew
We start with your property, not a product catalog. Once we know what you need to see and who needs to get in, the equipment list writes itself. One crew designs the system, installs it, and answers the phone when it needs service.

Security Cameras
Design, installation, and tuning for commercial and residential properties, indoor and outdoor.
Security Cameras
- IP and analog systems, new builds and takeovers
- Placement and focus tuned on site, not guessed
- Retention sized so the clip is still there weeks later
- Mobile access set up and tested before we leave

Access Control
Know every door, every credential, and every entry, without rekeying after each turnover.
Access Control
- Card, fob, and mobile credentials
- Schedules, remote unlock, and lockdown
- Audit reporting on who opened which door
- Brivo and comparable cloud platforms

Alarm Systems
Intrusion detection sized to the building and tied into your cameras.
Alarm Systems
- Door, window, motion, and glass break
- Alerts routed to the right person, not a list
- Video attached to the alert, not just a beep
- Existing panel takeovers where possible
Before Anything Gets Mounted
You See the Camera Map First
Every proposal comes with a drawing of your property showing exactly where each camera goes, what it covers, and what it will not. No surprises after the install, and no paying for angles you did not need.
- Numbered camera positions tied to the quote line items
- Coverage cones so blind spots are visible on paper
- Notes on lighting, mounting height, and cable path
- Yours to keep, whether or not you hire us
About
Meet the Owner
John Berry, Owner
Tulsa Surveillance Technologies is locally owned and operated, licensed in Oklahoma under AC440731, and built on a simple idea: fix what is fixable, secure what matters, and tell the customer the truth about the difference.
Owner of Tulsa Surveillance Technologies, with a background in business and information technology, I help business owners across Tulsa protect their people, property, and operations. I earned my degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University’s College of Business and have spent my career combining technology with practical business services.
For more than seven years, I have owned and operated Tulsa Surveillance Technologies, helping businesses design and implement professional video surveillance and access control systems built around their needs. My approach is simple: provide reliable technology, quality installation, and personal support that businesses can count on long after the system is installed.
Manufacturer Partners
The Technology We Stand Behind
We are not locked into one manufacturer. We spec the platform that fits the property, the budget, and the way you will actually use the system, then we service what we install.

Certified installers and dealers across enterprise and small business platforms.
AI Video Intelligence
AI Security Platforms,
Built Into Your Cameras
We partner with leading AI video platforms, so your cameras do not just record what happened. They understand what is happening and tell you in time to act.
Traditional cameras give you footage after the damage is done. AI-powered cameras flag a threat as it unfolds, filter out the false alarms that waste your time, and turn hours of video into answers you can use. We design, install, and support these platforms across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, and the surrounding area, and we work with the cameras you already own wherever possible.
Scylla
Scylla uses advanced vision and language AI to recognize specific events on camera with a high degree of accuracy. We have quoted it for face detection, fight detection, gun detection, and wildfire detection, and the platform goes well beyond those, from perimeter intrusion to slip and fall alerts. If there is something you need your cameras to watch for, there is a good chance Scylla can be trained to spot it.
Evolon
Evolon’s AI detects people and vehicles at long distances, across the large lots, yards, and perimeters that ordinary motion alerts cannot cover. When something is detected, live video monitoring puts a trained operator on it to verify the threat and respond in real time, instead of leaving you to sort through a phone full of false alerts.
CHeKT
CHeKT turns your cameras into an armed system. AI built into the cameras arms the areas you choose, so when someone enters a protected zone the event goes to live video monitoring for verification and response. Your cameras stop being a record of what went wrong and start working as an active layer of protection.
Camio
Camio uses vision AI to turn everyday camera footage into information you can act on. Instead of scrubbing through hours of recordings, you can search your video, get alerts on the events you care about, and see how your space is really being used. Security that also helps you run a better business.
Not Sure Which Platform Fits?
You do not need to be. Tell us what you want your cameras to catch, and we will recommend the right platform, design the system, and handle the installation.

FAQs
Common Questions
Do you work with the cameras I already have?
Usually, yes. We take over existing systems all the time. If the cameras and cabling are in good shape, we would rather repair and upgrade than sell you a full replacement you do not need.
Do you serve homes as well as businesses?
Both. We install for houses, gated neighborhoods, and rental properties as well as commercial buildings, warehouses, churches, schools, and healthcare facilities.
How much does a security camera system cost in Tulsa?
It depends on the property and how much coverage you need, which is exactly what the free site walk and camera map are for. You get a written quote tied to the map, with no obligation.
Can I see my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Every system we install comes with mobile access, and we set it up and test it on your phone before we leave.
How long does an installation take?
A basic residential setup is usually done within a few hours. A larger commercial or multi-building installation may take a full day or more. We work to keep disruption low while we are on site.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Tulsa Surveillance Technologies holds Oklahoma Alarm License No. AC440731 and carries liability insurance.
What happens if something stops working later?
Call us. Because we installed it and know your setup, most issues get diagnosed on the phone before anyone rolls a truck.
Our Approach
Why Tulsa Property Owners Choose Us
Why
Choose
Us?
Plenty of companies will sell you cameras. Fewer will tell you the three you already own are fine.
Local Tulsa Crews
Our technicians live in the metro. A service call gets a truck from Tulsa, not a dispatcher in another state.
Repair Before Replace
If your current system can be fixed, we fix it. Replacement is a recommendation we have to earn.
Residential and Commercial
Houses, gated neighborhoods, warehouses, churches, and schools, all handled by the same crew.
Manufacturer Neutral
We spec the platform that fits the property, not the one with the best rebate this quarter.
A Camera Map With Every Proposal
You see where each camera goes and what it covers before anything gets mounted. The drawing is yours either way.
Licensed and Insured in Oklahoma
Oklahoma Alarm License No. AC440731, and liability insurance a facility manager has to verify anyway.
We do not sell off-the-shelf packages. Every system is designed around how your property actually operates, who moves through it, and what you need to be able to prove later.
Let’s Walk Your Property
Free site walk, a camera map you keep either way, and a straight answer about what actually needs replacing.
