Restaurant Surveillance in Tulsa

Registers, back doors, and the kitchen, with footage you can actually find when a dispute comes up.

Protect the Place Where People Gather

A restaurant is where celebrations happen, where a couple reconnects on a date night, and where a student grabs a meal between exams, and those moments only happen in a place that feels safe. Owners also know the other side: the dine-and-dash, the register that comes up short, the slip near the kitchen door, and the dispute over a bill. Tulsa Surveillance Technologies installs restaurant surveillance across the Tulsa metro, designed so an owner can find the clip in a minute rather than scrub through a night.

You have worked long years to build the business. Protecting your customers, employees, and assets is an investment in yourself, and a system placed well makes every one of those incidents a search rather than an argument.

On the Camera Map

What a Restaurant Camera Map Covers

Every register and the cash office, the host stand and entrance, the dining room and bar, the kitchen line and the walk-in, the back door and the dumpster, the patio, and the parking lot. Restrooms are never recorded.

  • Point of sale cameras that see the drawer and the screen
  • Back door and walk-in coverage for inventory
  • Dining room and patio for guest disputes
  • Parking lot coverage for closing staff

Why Restaurant Surveillance Matters

Theft is the common problem, and it comes from both directions. A camera that sees the drawer and the point-of-sale screen catches a voided ticket as easily as a customer who walked out on a bill, and many platforms can overlay transaction data on the video so a short drawer is a search by amount. The back door and the walk-in are where inventory leaves; a camera on each and a contact on the door after close settle it. Dine-and-dash becomes a clip of a face and, with a lot camera, a plate.

Safety and liability are the rest. A slip near the kitchen door, an altercation at the bar, or a dispute with a guest is settled by footage, and a camera over the parking lot covers staff closing at midnight. The camera installation page explains how the system is designed and the alarm page covers the after-hours side.

Designed for a Kitchen and a Dining Room

Restaurant cameras live with grease, steam, and heat, so housings and placement are chosen for the kitchen, and lenses are cleaned on a schedule as part of service. Dining room cameras are domes that guests do not notice; patio and lot cameras are rated for weather and have infrared for the night. Audio is left off in the dining room. Retention is set in days on the quote, and the owner and the manager each get a login with the app set up on their phones before the crew leaves.

We work with restaurants and bars across Tulsa and in Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, and the rest of the metro. Hotels and venues are covered on the hospitality page.

What We Ask on the Walk

A restaurant walk starts with the two questions that drive everything: where does money change hands, and where does product leave the building. Then the dining room, the bar, the kitchen, the back door, the patio, and the lot where staff close at midnight. The camera map marks every position and its coverage, the owner approves it, and the quote follows the map line by line.
