Construction Site Surveillance in Tulsa
The Site Is Empty at Night and Everyone Knows It
A construction site leaves heavy machinery, company vehicles, raw materials, and appliances waiting to be installed out in the open with no one on site after dark, and thieves know the schedule. Equipment is too large to haul away each evening and materials sit where the next crew needs them. Tulsa Surveillance Technologies installs construction site surveillance across the Tulsa metro that works without power, fencing, or internet, and that does something about an intruder while they are still on the site.
The approach is a solar-powered surveillance trailer or pole with cameras, an outdoor speaker, and live monitoring, deployed in an afternoon and moved to the next site when this one is framed.

How a Monitored Site Works
Cameras detect motion in the armed hours, an operator sees the live feed within seconds, an audio warning plays over the speaker, lights come on, and if the intruder stays the police are dispatched with a priority response. The site manager gets a text with the clip.
- Solar power and cellular upload, nothing to connect
- Four-camera trailers that move site to site
- Live monitoring with audio warning and dispatch
- A record of every delivery and every visitor
A Tulsa Deployment
A national home builder approached us with overnight thefts of construction materials and equipment from job sites that had no fencing, no power, and no internet. Conventional cameras and alarms were not feasible. We deployed mobile solar-powered surveillance trailers equipped with four cameras, an outdoor IP speaker, and the CHeKT Bridge at the high-risk sites, programmed to detect motion after hours. When an intrusion was detected, the system triggered an alarm and sent live video to a 24-hour monitoring center, where within seconds an operator could assess the scene, issue an audio warning, activate lights, or dispatch law enforcement with a priority response. The CHeKT VerifySMS feature let the construction manager see the event in real time and weigh in.
The CHeKT Bridge works with any trigger device, alarm panel, or camera system, so it integrates with equipment a builder already owns, and the setup is quick, cost-effective, and expandable as sites grow. The AI platforms page covers CHeKT and Evolon in more detail and the solar camera page covers the hardware.
Beyond Theft
Cameras on a site also help with quality control and accountability: a time-lapse of progress for the owner, a record of which subcontractor was on site which day, a clip of the delivery that was short, and footage for an injury claim. Plate capture at the site entrance records every vehicle. When the project finishes, the trailer moves to the next lot and the permanent system for the finished building, if there is one, is designed on a separate walk.
We serve builders and contractors across Tulsa and in Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso, Glenpool, and the rest of the metro, where new subdivisions are going up every month. The manufacturing page and the warehouse page cover industrial sites.
Questions
Construction Sites Questions
How fast can a site be covered?
A solar trailer can be placed and monitoring armed the same day in most cases. No trenching, no utility, no wire to pull.
Does it work during a Tulsa winter?
Yes. The panel and the battery are sized for short December days and cloudy weeks.
What does monitoring cost?
It is a monthly fee that depends on the platform and the number of cameras, stated on the quote. Most builders measure it against one stolen skid steer.
